Team Development Training

After Tomb-Sweeping Day, Jiangsu East Musical Instrument Co.,Ltd. organized all the management personnel and front-line workers, including our harmonica teachers, 54 people participated in the team development training. I felt deeply that a team could do what one person couldn't do, which was the power of effective communication, cooperation and mutual help of a team! We had gained honors and prizes, gained a sense of responsibility and tolerance, and learned more about cooperation! It was a worthwhile trip, I thought every people would be better and better, and the Orient would be better and better!
